FoxLead

Terms of service

Last updated 17 October 2026.

These are the terms on which Sharp Enterprises provides FoxLead. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with

FoxLead is operated by Sharp Enterprises, a proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India, GSTIN 27CGGPB5789M1ZR, at Shirdi, S. No. 6/2/2/B, Om Sai Shirdi, Pimpalwadi Road, Rahata, Shirdi, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra 423109. "We" and "us" mean Sharp Enterprises. "You" means the business that subscribes.

2. What the service is

A subscription tool that keeps your property inventory, your customers and their enquiries, your site visits, and the WhatsApp conversations on your own business number. It can answer enquiries automatically on your behalf.

FoxLead is software. We are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers, we are not an agent or broker, and we take no commission on your deals.

3. Your account

4. Your data stays yours

Your listings, your customers and your conversations are yours. We hold them to run the service and act on your instructions. We do not sell them, do not share them with other brokers, and do not use one workspace's data to serve another.

You can export your records at any time while the subscription is active. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for how long.

5. Your obligations to your customers

This is the part most worth reading.

6. WhatsApp, and what we do not control

FoxLead connects to WhatsApp through Meta's official Cloud API. Meta sets the rules: which messages may be sent, when, what a message template must say, and whether to approve one. Meta can change those rules, restrict a number, or decline a template, and we cannot overrule any of it.

Meta charges you directly for the messages your number sends, under its own rate card. That charge is between you and Meta.

7. Automatic replies

FoxLead can answer customers on your behalf. It answers from your own listings and is built not to invent properties, prices, availability or appointments, and not to make commitments on your behalf.

It is still software, and it can be wrong. You remain responsible for what your number sends. If a conversation matters, take it over — the inbox lets you do that at any point, and every automatic reply is labelled as one.

8. Subscriptions and payment

9. Availability

We aim to keep FoxLead available and to give notice of planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and some outages — Meta, Razorpay, our hosting provider — are not ours to prevent.

10. Ending the agreement

11. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or lost or missed enquiries, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use FoxLead after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
