What FoxLead does
Brokers in India do most of their work on WhatsApp, and most of it is lost there. An enquiry arrives on a Sunday evening, gets answered two days later, and nobody can find what was promised to whom. FoxLead keeps that work in one place.
- Answers enquiries on WhatsApp. A customer messaging a broker's own business number gets a reply in their own language, drawn only from that broker's real listings. The broker can take over the conversation at any point.
- Keeps the inventory and the pipeline. Properties, customers, their requirements, and which stage each enquiry has reached.
- Remembers site visits. Viewings are scheduled in one diary, customers are reminded before them, and what came of each one is recorded.
Each broker's workspace is separate. One broker cannot see another's listings, customers or conversations.
